Each of my scarves is individually hand painted in my studio in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. I use only 100 percent silk, and the finest French silk dyes, and each of my pieces are signed. Each work of art is created in a six step manual process. My scarves are not mass produced, and can take up to two weeks to create if not in stock.
Silk is a beautiful natural fiber and the subtle variations in the weave and texture are to be expected and not imperfections or defects. Irregularities in the weave of the fabric or in the hand painting lend character and authenticity, to these unique art pieces.
Dry clean, only if necessary- light iron.
Enjoy, Becaro!
